My daughter asks to read the section about the guardian angel every night. Father Lovasik explains their role so simply that even a four-year-old understands. The glossy pages are holding up well.

The illustrations are simple but reverent, and each page gives just enough text for my 6-year-old to follow along without losing interest. I've bought a few of the books in this series now and this one on the angels is my favorite so far.

Bought this for my 6-year-old's first communion prep and the text is pitched just right for him to follow along. Only wish the book were a bit longer for the price, but the part about guardian angels sparked a good bedtime conversation.
