新美國聖經

I was surprised by how manageable the page size is for a Catholic Bible—it fits nicely in my work bag. The translation feels clear, and the notes explain the passages well for daily reading.

I switched from another translation and the difference in the Old Testament wording is noticeable right away. The footnotes are thorough without being distracting, and it's held up well through months of daily reading.

The scholars' notes explaining the original Hebrew and Greek wording really helped me get more out of the Sunday readings. I've owned other Catholic Bibles, but this lexicon-oriented approach makes the translation choices click.
