Book of Saints / Part 5

My kids actually beg me to read these saint stories at bedtime now, and the illustrations keep their attention while the short chapters make it easy to stop. This part 5 in the series covers a good range of holy lives without getting too wordy for young listeners.

This paperback is thin enough to tuck into a church bag, and my godson loves the simple illustrations on each page. The saint stories are short enough to hold his attention before bed, which is exactly what we needed.

My kids ask for one saint story every night now, and the short chapters are just the right length for bedtime. The illustrations pull them in, and I've learned a few things myself. Part 5 of this series might be the best one yet.
