مريم، أمي

The illustrations in this book are so warm and reverent that my kids actually sit still through the whole reading, which says a lot. It's part of that illustrated series by Father Lovasik, so the text is simple but meaningful for little ones. Definitely a keeper for our Catholic home library.

My three-year-old asks for this one every night before bed—the simple sentences are perfect for her attention span. It’s a gentle, faithful introduction to Mary that doesn’t talk down to little ones.

The illustrations of Our Lady are gentle and colorful, perfect for my six-year-old who's just starting to learn about Mary. Father Lovasik keeps the text simple enough for her to follow along at bedtime. It's one of the San José picture book series, and now I want to collect the rest.
